How to bounce back from being stressed as a blogger

It may be a different platform, but it will be always me haha. Today I would like to talk about something I find a lot of bloggers including me struggle with. And it's easy to deal with it and overcome it if you know what to do. What I will mention in this post about How to bounce back from being stressed being a blogger. Well, it might not be enough depending on the situation.

You can be stressed from a lot of things. Such as having so many things to organize and do for your blog. And sometimes mixing other things in life with blogging work. This is something I struggled with a lot in my life. However, there is a way that can help you to bounce back.

The title says is a blogger. But this can be for any online content creator and it depends on the situation. The reason why you are stressed. Well, I'm going to mention what I do that helps me with stress and I find it helps me a lot. Because I can bounce back and get back to work after doing these tips.

I'm not saying you only need these things. However, it can be some of the most important steps we can take. That will help us with stressful moments and situations. You can share in the comments if other things work for you. And it's not on the list.

Sometimes it may last longer than in other situations. That's normal because it takes some time to deal with them. So, don't freak out if it takes more than you expected. And keep fighting to get out of it. Don't keep stressing yourself more and more. There are some things you would need to do on this list.

When I say bounce back. I mean you get yourself out of the stressed feeling. And get back to working and doing blogging work. Do whatever you want when you manage to bounce back. Because you won't be able to work when you feel stressed. At least, that's what happens to me.

1. Stop and take a break for a bit

No matter what you do. Taking a break is a must and we all know that. Don't keep working until you get yourself out of it. Because it will add up and make it worse for you. Therefore, the first thing that I do is stop and take a break. This way, you will have time to deal with the stress.

Taking a break doesn't mean playing video games or things that make you lazy. That will make it difficult for you to get back to work. Which will lead to more stress. So, it's not just about taking a break but also what you will do during the break. And here is what I usually do.

Well, most of the time, I take a break means that I don't work or worry about anything. However, I would use that to organize my thoughts. Try to calm me and do some Yoga if needed. It depends on how stressed I am and what made me feel that way.

This way, I use it for me to help me bounce back. And not in a way to enjoy some games or watching videos. Although, you can do that. But, I don't recommend it. Maybe it can be a good time for doing one thing I will mention later. Keep reading to know more about it.

How long the break should depend on how stressed you are. Also, how fast you can manage to deal with it. Sometimes it can be faster than other times. But I mentioned for a bit, that means shouldn't take a long time. Also, it helps bloggers with how to bounce back from being stressed as a blogger.

2. Reorganize tasks

When you are stressed is not the same as when you feel good. And I don't like to do things the same way in both situations. So, I would reorganize tasks. This way, it will help me to keep working, but not add more stress. One thing I do part of this is also on the list. I'm going to talk more about it as well.

You will be able to know how to organize it to help you stress less. Because this will depend on what are the tasks. And it will be different from one blogger to another, This way, I can't be specific unless I go through as many tasks as possible. That would be impossible haha.

Make sure you reorganize them in a way that helps you keep working. Maybe help with stress as well. This is what I usually like to do when I feel stressed. Well, it helps me with how to bounce back from being stressed as a blogger.

Don't mix between changing tasks or organizing them. Because in this, I mean change order or maybe delay something for when you feel better. It depends on the task. But I don't recommend deleting anything unless it's really important. Each day should have a list of tasks and you can change the order of doing them.

3. Don’t think about many things at once

One thing we should do when we feel stressed is to stop thinking about many things. Many of us like to think about so many things. However, it stops in this situation. You will need to make your mind clear from any other unnecessary things. Things that are in the future.

Make sure to focus on the moment. And how to bounce back from the stress. This way, you will be able to stay focused and don't lose your mind. Well, I learned this tip the hard way and now I don't worry about other things when I'm stressed. My main goal is to bounce back and how to bounce back from being stressed as a blogger.

Give your mind and body time to process the stress, Doing this will just make things worse and you can get something good. So, I highly recommend that you stop thinking about many things at once. Don't worry about anything else. Things in the future will have time.

Keep it small and just about the moment. What you need to do that can help you bounce back. Get out of the stress first and then you can get back to thinking about many things at once. This is one of the best things to help me how to bounce back from being stressed as a blogger.

4. Go for a walk to get fresh air

Also, going out for a walk is one of the best things. And this is something you can do during your break. It helps a lot to get your mind straight and stress less. Sometimes it's just what I need to take control of the moment. If you think this is not true, I just hope you will experience it. That is if you haven't gone through it yet.

Well, going for a walk and getting fresh air are two things. Because you could walk around inside. That's not a problem, but going outside for a walk. Getting good walk out if it's not sunny and so hot. It will help you get fresh air and get your mind straight to bounce back.

You can go alone or maybe with your friend or partner. It doesn't really matter as long as you get that walk and fresh air. This should help somehow and it depends on the situation.

5. Finish the easy tasks first

Something that helps me a lot when I'm stressed and need to finish work. I go for the easy tasks first because I don't feel like doing complicated or long tasks. And it helps me most of the time to get back to working and also bounce back to feel better. You can try it, but remember it still depends on the reason and situation.

It's good when you have a lot of tasks and stress would take a long time. You don't need to waste time waiting to feel better. This is what I do being a blogger.

  5. Excellent tips, Fransic.

I recently began using the Pomodoro technique by working for 25 minutes and resting for 5 minutes, per block. Immediately, I felt more relaxed and recharged. I use a Chrome browser extension as a timer. Works like a charm.

  6. This is so pertinent! Overwhelm is real! It helps me of I focus down into one task and aim to complete that- rather than popping off in a million directions at once! that way I get a dopamine boost! and feel like I am getting somewhere.

  11. I've hit a snag with my blog (procrastinating writing new posts) and I think taking a break is a good idea. That, and just doing the easy stuff first.
