And I had to write it again and share it with you guys. All the topics on my old blog will be on this one. I'm still trying to get my old posts at the moment.
Well, this post will help people who own small businesses or decent ones. But still don't have a team. You still can be successful and work. Although, it's good to get a team. How you can keep it growing when there is no one to help? These tips are from experience and learned from other business owners as well. It's good for how to run a business.

Talking about business. We all know that there are types of business. And I'm talking about online and local businesses. I don't know about local businesses as much as online. Because there are a lot goes into the local ones. However, I have some friends who do have local. They know how to run a business as well.
Today's post will be mainly about small business owners online. If you have a local business and feel this can help you. You can share in the comment. I'm curious how it does work with a local one.
There might be a lot of online business ideas. But most business ideas should have this. And this is one of the important things that I learned. I already did this being a blogger and I have a bloggers friend who treats the blog as a business too. So, I hope this will help you as well being a small business owner. And how to run a business.
Sometimes people like to hire other people early. And if you would ask me. I would say this is the best thing to do. However, it's not that easy. So, for those who have to wait but still want to grow their business. This is going to help to stay organized even if you don't have a team. You would struggle a bit with how to run a business.
Having the roles is important and when you do it before hiring. That will help you to be ready. Make things more organized. It will help to make the process easier. From hiring to having people to work helping to grow your business. So, don't skip on doing this even if you are not going to follow up with it. Although, it's important to do and improve it.
1. Learn what roles your business needs
The first thing we all should know is everything about the business. And one of them is the roles. So, we all need to know what our business needs. This way, it will be easy for you to know who to hire. Also, what to look for in other people.
If you don't know this. It will be difficult for you to hire people. Sometimes you will hire the wrong person. I'm talking about the perspective of hiring people. But in this post about the Business guide: How to choose your role with no team.
You will be confused about what to do and what to be. Therefore, you must know all the roles of the business. Don't keep working randomly because that won't help with business growth. Also, it will turn things into a mess.

This is something I'm trying to do now. And it might not be easy to do them. But, when you have a team in the future. You will save a lot of time. Next, what you will need to do is know about each role in the business. There are levels of growth and each level has an important role. You will need to mark the most important one first. Because you will not be able to do everything alone. And it won't be as easy how to run a business.
It will help you to know how to navigate and do each role. How important is it for the business? This will help you with choosing each role. Take some time to study why you mark it and everything related to that matter.

After you know about the roles and everything. Now, it's time for you to determine what you are good at. You can be good at more than one role. However, there is one that is different from other roles. Something you are great at.

Sometimes you won't know this right away. So, I would recommend that you spend time working. As you keep working, you will be able to know which role you can do better. And from that, it will help to form the team for you.
You can't do something that you don't know or don't like. Even if it's your business. It's ok to be the CEO and do whatever you are good at. Because you can hire people to do that role for you and help grow the business to another level.
5. Focus on the important roles first
Well, last but not least, is controlling your attention and focus. You will need to switch your focus from one role to another. But you will need to focus on the important ones first. And then, you can do other roles after that. This way, you make sure that you grow.
When you keep doing this, you will be able to shift your focus quickly from one role to another. Also, some tasks can be done quickly and don't need to keep doing every day. You will be able to control and focus on more roles.
It's not easy to shift your focus from one role to another. Depending on how many tasks a role can have. Therefore, it's a practice and something doesn't happen overnight. Don't give up if it takes more than you thought.
Especially, working from home can be more difficult. Because you will need to keep your focus and push yourself when there are so many distracting things. Such as it would be easy to watch videos or play games. This is one of the difficult things for me. And I struggle sometimes to fight the distracting things.

Don't underestimate it and think you can do it. That is one mistake that I did and now I regret it every day. Make sure to work hard and practice more. Go slow and build yourself to the point your business requires. Each business will need more than others.
