And by the title, you already know what it will be about, but you will know how you can use it. Well, let’s find out what the awesome way to work out at home using your phone is all about.
Nowadays, we can use our phones for a lot of things. And I shared a few things that you can use and how to use them. If you enjoyed reading this. You can explore more of the blog to read other things. I’m sure you will like them as well.
The awesome way to work out at home using your phone
Well, we can all relate to working out at home. Some of us don’t feel like going to the gym to work out. But if some of us decide to do our exercise at home. We don’t know what we do and how we do it. Maybe if you learned or went to the gym before. Otherwise, we will have no idea what to do.
However, since a lot of people share their workouts and exercises at home. It became a way that people can learn from each other. A lot of people would go on the internet and search for exercises to do. And today will be your way of finding exercises.
The awesome way to work out at home can be as your coach at home. And I will walk you through the app, but I can’t share everything. So, if you find it helpful. You can download the app and get your coach to help you.
And for me, I used to search on YouTube, and I’ve been to the gym before. So, I’m just doing what I knew and some new on YouTube. However, when I found this app. I’m thinking that I can keep using it. Because it has a lot of great things.
You can find tons of videos and tutorials on how to do things. Also, if you don’t have equipment at home. Don’t worry, the awesome way how to work out at home doesn’t require anything most of the time. If there is something, I’m sure there is an alternative you can find at home. I’m saying this because I’m yet to explore the whole app.
A little about the app, it’s called “Home workout” just like any previous app review. I’ve downloaded this on my iPhone, but I’m sure they have something for Android. So, type the name and I’m sure you will find it. The logo of the app is a man doing a pushup.
Working out at home can be difficult and needs tons of determination. You can use this app whenever you can and do whatever you can slowly. Work your way to have more hours following the workout tutorials on this app.
It is an awesome way to work out at home, but you will need some time to work out at home. Therefore, don’t rush and I highly recommend you work on developing determination this app will be useful to you in your journey of working out at home.
The logo and first page
Let me start with the main and first thing you will see. The first page is above. Show what you will see when you first open the app after you download it. And as you can see, it’s for fitness, but also can help you build your body. You will see more of the awesome way to work out at home as you continue reading.
Next, you will be able either to create your account or if you had an account. Just continue with your existing account. However, you can click start to create the account for yourself. And it will be an easy process that you will go through the awesome way to work out at home.
Well, you are not going to create an account only. But you will create a workout plan. I will be going through it to see how it goes. I’m not going to show everything, but it should be an easy process. Share your info about your body and yourself. The app will give you a coach and set the plan for you.
Since there are a lot of workout apps on the market. I had to test some of them on my iPhone. And couldn’t really find an app like this. However, that could just be me. That’s why I decided to review this app and it has really some good features.
The premium version
Before I show you the plan and everything. I would like to share with you the cost of this app. This is free to use the app, but if you want to create the plan and get a coach. This is how much it will cost. Don’t worry because after you show what this app has. You can judge if it’s worth it or not. Because it’s about the money, but what this workout app should offer.
However, you can still use the awesome way to work out at home. And get the subscription only if you want a coach and a workout plan. This will help you a lot to get the results you looking for it. Therefore, it will be worth it.
Well, you can try the app first if you enjoyed it. Creating the plan can still be available for you and you can get it anytime.
I’ve tried multiple workout apps and I think they are the same. If you want to create a workout pa. You will have to get the premium version of the app. So, for me, I think this would be the best option because it’s just easy to use and have more workouts.
Setting up the app
As you can see, it’s an easy process. Something anyone would be able to do. Just information about you and what you want. Now, the app is setting your accountant also your workout plan. But you can cancel the plan and proceed to just use the app. If you don’t want the workout plan yet. You don’t have to pay anything.
The awesome way to work out at home should get all the information about you. And these are just a few and there are some steps that I didn’t include in this part. But it’s easy to go through. For that, I thought to just show a few steps.
Something I was surprised about is that all the workout apps have a workout plan and they ask you some questions to set up the perfect one for yourself. However., this is something I like because of how easy to use.
You can go through this process carefully, choosing what you want. This way, you can get the most out of the app. It will ask you about your name and height. Some questions can help to set up the plan. And let the app get to know you a little more.
Don’t choose whatever to test because the app will give you workouts based on your choice. Therefore, you can do the testing by picking what you really need from the app. And later, feel free either to continue using it or look for another one, you know.

When you choose your target weight. It will show you I you can achieve it or not. The last picture above. You can see at the bottom it says “Reasonable target That means I chose something good and I can achieve it in the period I chose.
If you go for below healthy weight. It will show you that it’s not good and need to adjust it. And that’s something cool. Since you will get a coach to help you. Make sure to set everything you need if you go with the workout plan.
Even though you wouldn’t choose something not healthy for you. Also, something you can’t achieve in the duration you chose. It is still useful for some people to understand the limits and what is the possible goal to set in the time given(the time you put to achieve your goal). That’s one of the good features I liked about the awesome way to work out at home using your phone.
The “Guide coach”
Once you set up everything. You will be asked to choose the coach. And this is only if you have the workout plan. This means you will need to buy the subscription. Having a coach at home is very helpful and it will be worth it.
They are skilled coaches hired by the company to help you. And you will have two. One a male and one a female. I’m not sure if everyone gets the same coach. But, I think everyone should get two different coaches if the coach is busy or has a lot of people.
I think among all the workout apps, this was the best for me to offer a coach for a workout and have a good clear process of showing the workout for me. I don’t know about you but I have tried them on my phone. And found some of the apps are complicated to use.
Everything I mentioned will be before showing you the price. And you can continue using the app if you don’t want to pay yet. But, as you can see. If it’s worth it. You can go ahead and get a coach who will help you stay fit or meet your goals. The awesome way to work out at home that also can be your home gym coach.

Well, we all know about this page. Where you can search and find the workouts by name. However, you can discover by goals and it will give you tons of exercises to do at home. That’s cool because you can just select the goal if you don’t know the name and it will give you suggestions.
The next page would be your plan. And the picture above shows if you don’t have a plan. So, you can create your plan here and get the results you want. Also, you will get the coach as well if you unlock it. That’s something cool.
Here are the last two pages of the awesome way to work out at home. You can track everything on the daily page. Your progress and how many steps and everything important. Even the water as well. Which is awesome.
A workout tutorial
Last but not least. Let me show you what if you choose a workout? What you will expect. And how it will be if you choose any workout. Well, every workout should be different and have different tutorials.
This is if you choose a plan to do the exercise. You will go through a few workouts. And there will be a demonstration that will help you. And you can get a video as well if you want to know more about it. The video is from people showing you more about the exercises.
Also, it will have a timer for you to do it. And after you have done. It will give you about 30 seconds to rest, which is cool. You don’t need to go anywhere searching on the internet. Everything will be on this workout app.
The man will explain to you how you can do each workout. And that will save you the time to look on the internet about how you can do it. Also, it is programmed so that it can work out with you. Just follow what it says and you will be able to work out together. Because the app also counts down rest time for you.
The premium version will give you a coach to help and I think it will be better than this. When I will try the coach on this app, I’m going to share my experience with you guys. But, for people who still want to use the free version. This is will be a good way to work out.
