Well, this is one post that is for bloggers because I’m a blogger. However, it can also be for any content creator. Since we work a lot at home and sit for a while. Taking care of our health and a better diet is important, and that’s what I will share with you guys.
How do you keep yourself healthy being a content creator or blogger? let me know when you finish reading these “Blogger’s important daily diet” ideas. Each of them has a different purpose and also why we need to include it in our daily diet.
Also, I would like to talk about what happens when we don’t include these ideas. And some other important things that are necessary for us. This is one of the important things that would help you keep going until you succeed. So, consider them in your daily.
Blogger’s important daily diet for a healthier life:
I’m not sure if every blogger does this, but we all should have a blogger daily diet. We spend a lot of time blogging to where we forget about our health and do some things. And we need to practice doing it all week, every day.
Well, I know it’s important for everyone, but especially bloggers. Because bloggers spend a lot of time at home and work. This also applies to any content creators and I’m sure some already know what’s the best diet for them. Every person and blogger would need different things.
There are a lot of diet plans where you put together things to eat and drink. Based on what you need and for bloggers. I will try to mention as many things we need as possible. You can always include or avoid whatever that doesn’t suit you or have an allergy to. For me, I’m not allergic to anything. Don’t worry, because if you can’t eat it, maybe find an alternative that has the same purpose or is close.
Something I would recommend is that you stick to this every day and don’t eat too much of it. Being consistent will always give you significant results and keep you healthy. And it’s not like these are going to be something not important because they are and give great things to our body which I will talk about in this post “Blogger’s important daily diet”.
This is especially for the bloggers who have a blogging full job. They are the ones who spend the most time working at home and sitting on the chair haha. Well, any content creators who work from home full job also do the same. You can change the word from Blogger’s important daily diet to any content creator.
You can also add more things or remove them based on what you need. It’s something that you miss or want to give your body more of it. Highly recommended that you make a diet plan for you as a blogger to keep everything healthy while you grind every day and night.
What happens when you don’t eat healthy food?
Well, when our body doesn’t get enough vitamins, it won’t grow or function well. I said don’t eat healthy food because what I’m going to mention on this Blogger’s important daily diet is all healthy food. Things we need to consume daily.
I’m going to make it into a category for you guys. This way, it’s easy and better to read. Learn which type of things are on this diet plan. And it feels more organized with titles to give each group of food on this Blogger’s important daily diet. These things are what I like to eat and when there is a new thing, I will add it.
I will start with one of the most important on the Blogger’s important daily diet. And that’s carrots which contain tons of health benefits. Well, it’s not something everyone would eat, but you can get it on a salad if you order it. It’s what I like to eat and for a special reason, which I will tell you guys.
However, there are nutrients in carrots that may have cancer-fighting properties. And there were review articles in 2018 that show people eating them has reduced the risk of breast cancer. We need to protect ourselves and that means everything, even big diseases.
It has vitamin A and that’s great for the eyes since I have an eyes problem. That means it’s good to add it to my daily diet. Any bloggers need it because getting enough of this nutrient may help prevent vision loss. We use laptops and PC a lot of times.
Another one and I think we all already eat this because we can add it to most of the recipes and meals when cooking. And that’s the onions and they are great for bloggers as well. If you don’t eat it at least once a day, you miss wonderful benefits.
Let’s start with vitamins and onions has two which are C and B12. Surely you can find them on other fruits as well and it doesn’t matter how you take them. The matter is that you get them daily. Add them to your Blogger’s important daily diet list. This would be an option if you ever want to add a vegetable that has these two vitamins.
Also, there is manganese in onions and that helps the body form connective tissue, bones, blood-clotting factors, and sex hormones. Include it on the blogger’s important daily diet unless you have something else to replace it. This would be great and I like to take it every day.
Coming next is fruits and we all know that they have benefits just like any vegetable or food on this earth. And I think it would be among the top three things humans need. There are a lot of fruits with so many benefits and vitamins. You can replace any vegetable with fruits if it has the same things.
Let’s start with one of the most common fruit and that is banana. Well, I know some of my friends don’t eat them because of the allergy. But it’s important to eat and get the benefits of bananas. Include it in your daily diet.
If you didn’t know, bananas contain fiber, potassium, folate, and antioxidants., such as vitamin C. And not to talk about other benefits. It helps with digestion and One medium banana provides approximately 10% of a person’s fiber needs for a day. Make sure not to eat too many because it can turn bad for your body.
I like to eat one a day every day. It’s going to give me the benefits. Sometimes I split two bananas, first time, and wait for half-day to eat another one haha. This way, I make sure that it’s not too many and. Well, too many if it’s over two at the same time.
I love eating oranges every day and we all already know that it’s a source of vitamin C and also something I just recently knew about. However, learned about it after I added it to my daily diet. And I take one orange per day, which is enough for me.
There are a lot of wonderful benefits for us as a blogger and we need to add them to the Blogger’s important daily diet. Because it can help you reduce stress when working. Well, since it’s an excellent source of vitamin C, that can also lower your levels of the stress hormone cortisol and your blood pressure.
Also, it contains Potassium, which can help you lower the pressure. The orange is also high in Calcium and that’s great for bones to keep their organs and strong. Blogger, don’t move a lot for work and this can help keep the strength of your bones. I added it to my daily diet.
Mainly I added it to my diet because of the vitamin C. I need to make sure that I get enough vitamins daily. This way, I keep my body healthy. However, I do also eat other fruits, but not every day like what’s on the list of the Blogger’s important daily diet.
Well, this is something we can’t skip in our daily life. At least a cup of milk, either with coffee or just milk. It has a lot of wonderful benefits that we need. And I added this to my Blogger’s important daily diet mostly because it’s good for bones to help keep them strong.
Sometimes I drink with hot chocolate or coffee but usually, I drink it alone. And let me tell you, it has more benefits than just strong bones. It helps grow the body and keep it safe from some good stuff. It can help with cancer because it contains vitamin D.
Also, sometimes as a blogger, we get depression, and research in the 2020’s review linked that vitamin D deficiency with clinical depression. So, that would help a lot if you get it. So, I added it to my Blogger’s important daily diet and drink it every day.
It has more vitamins like vitamin A and that’s also good for our body and eyesight. So, I highly recommend you add it to your daily diet.
Another one that I added is yogurt for my daily diet. Well, it’s made from milk but it has more benefits than the milk benefits. And it can help with other health issues like diarrhea or inflammatory bowel disease. It also helps with colon cancer as well.
However, here is why we need it other than it helps to prevent getting sick or disease because it helps with the immune system. And that’s the reason I added it to my Blogger’s important daily diet and eat it every day. Make sure that you don’t eat too much of it, though.
Also, my favorite because it can be a healthy snack with strawberries. I tried it with cucumber as well and it tastes so good. If you looking for something that can give you wonderful benefits and also be a good snack. Well, you need to add yogurt to your diet.
Some of us might skip eggs but it’s important to include them in your daily. It has a lot of wonderful benefits as well that we need every day. For example, as a blogger, we use the phone and look at the screen a lot. And eggs are good for eye health.
The yolk contains large amounts of carotenes, of particular note, are lutein and zeaxanthin, which are important for preventing macular degeneration and cataracts. Eggs are also a source of vitamin A, which is key for good eyesight. So, it’s important for us bloggers.
It’s also good and helps you with weight. Eggs contain protein, which is more filling than either fat or carbohydrate. Studies show that an egg breakfast is more sustaining than the equivalent calorie counted carb breakfast and also may help reduce your calorie intake later in the day.

Here is what I eat every day and explain why we should eat them. Everyone is different and some can’t eat them. You can find look for alternatives and I’m sure we can find them because there are a lot of options. I take these every day but also eat other food and fruits.
It’s all about what you need and what you need that will keep you healthy while you blogging and add it to your daily. If you can eat it once every day or twice. Maybe one every other day. Just take care of your health and make a good diet plan for you. Even if you are a blogger. Doesn’t have to be only a lose-weight, diet plan. There are a lot of plans.
