I had to pause a little the blogging due to having a lot of things to deal with during my absence of blogging. It’s a long story but I’m glad that I’m back to write again. Today’s post will be Christmas theme. And it will be about Awesome DIY crafts gift ideas for Christmas

I will have a couple of posts that will be about Christmas this month. Well, I’m yet to get back blogging about DIY projects. For now, I have other things that I need to take care of before starting to make projects again. So, I have other ways to share Christmas posts and there will be a lot of new ideas coming in the next few weeks.

I planned to do Blogmas this year but I don’t think it’s possible this year. I’m going to get everything ready beforehand. I’ll make sure that I plan my content a couple of months ago. This way, I will be able to do it and don’t miss a day. Also, will be less work and worry.

I didn’t do Blogmas last year, but I’m looking forward to getting ready for everything this year. I will do as many things as possible. It will be more fun trying all the things I wanted to try but couldn’t have the chance.

Last year, things were really the best and so much that I needed to do but couldn’t. Things weren’t organized and I will not do the same mistake in 2022.

I would like to start with one of my recent cool DIY phone stands. I have a few more DIY phone stands that I made before. However, this is different from what I made. This is custom made at home and I’m sure someone would love to get one like this for Christmas.

It might look simple, but it’s very useful and something that we can craft in a couple of hours. If you have crafted something before, it would be easy for you. I chose my iPhone to demonstrate how it would look when you put it on this cool stand. It can be for any phone and size as long as it’s not so big. Sizes like iPhone 13 would work perfectly on this. The measures for this, you can change them as you want and based on the phone you have. But, once you make it bigger, the tutorial will be different and the items would be the same. There was no reason behind this, and it was just something that popped into my mind. Something to put art on and put together a good presentation. It could be for kids’ rooms or anywhere in the house. Don’t throw it away if kids don’t like it anymore.

This is why I put it on the list of the DIY crafts gift ideas for Christmas. It would be perfect to put the art as a decoration in the house. I was aiming for kids because with the little chairs; it looks good in the kids’ room. But it can be anywhere you want.

I also have a full tutorial and more pictures on how to make this. Sharing step by step how to make this DIY craft. It was so much fun making this DIY project. As you can see, mostly cardboard and little paper to add for style. Anyone can make this at home and would be the perfect gift.

Extra tip:

You can use more paper on the project to add more decoration. And try to glue it very well because you don’t want it to fall later. This way, you can also make sure these DIY crafts gift ideas for Christmas last for a long time

Most of it is cardboard. So, you would need to make sure that the cardboard is new and not damaged. Because you would end up with a messy art frame. Therefore, make sure the cardboard is new and no damage to it.

It’s also one of the best crafts that I made. The person who will get this will love it because it serves really well and, just like any bookshelf, this will hold tons of books and notebooks. You can take it anywhere you want, but you should also be careful with it.

I fully made this DIY portable bookshelf out of cardboard and paper. You can read more about it because, in the tutorial, I also mentioned important tips that will help you to make it last for a long time. Make sure to mention it to whoever will receive it as well.

Well, you might ask how the drawer works. Well, it moves smoothly and just works like any book drawer except made of paper and cardboard. It can hold a lot of books as well, but it also depends on how heavy the book would be. Some books would be so heavy and this might not be the perfect option.

Extra tip:

You need to keep the books on the top shelf. This way, you can open and close the drawer easily. Because it gives some force to hold the entire portable bookshelf when trying to pull the drawer out. Since it’s cardboard, it helps to keep still haha.

The handle for the bookshelf would break if you pull it too hard or add force on the top of it. Because it’s glued and this means you need to be careful with it. Open it slowly and with care. Don’t forget to mention it to whoever gets this as a present haha. That’s something we want if we want to gift someone one of these DIY crafts gift ideas for Christmas.

Other than that, this would be the perfect Christmas gift and would be so helpful. If someone would gift me this, I would be so happy haha.
