Hello everyone and welcome to another post of this week. It will be my last one this week. And I would like to talk about something that I found interesting. Well, it will be different than what I usually post, but it’s an app review. Let’s see this Great way how to write documents on the iPhone.
Well, I said documents but I will explain what do I mean by that. Because it’s one word that has many meanings. Also, I will share more things that can help you to write them. And it might not be the best way, but it is a good way. Keep reading to know more about it.
Great way how to write documents on the iPhone
Since I started talking about apps and how you can use your phone to help you. I always write app reviews using my iPhone, but it can be for anyone and any device. However, I’m not sure if you can find this on other devices. Because I think it’s for the Apple users. You can check it and see if you find this on your device if not an apple product.
I would say you can use this if you want to write something quick using your phone. You can use the laptop to write documents when it’s for an important reason. Even though, you can do a lot with this way to write documents. Well, using the laptop gives you more control over everything and more options to do when writing.
When I say writing documents. There are a lot of things in mind. A document can be a lot of things. Journals, reports, letters. And the list goes on. This great way how to write documents on the iPhone can help you write a lot of types of documents. We will see in a bit when I share the review about it.
This app is called “Pages” and you can find it in the Apple store. And there are not many with the same name. Although, you get other apps too. You will be able to find it quickly. Sometimes you will get it number one on the search results.
And you can also write books with this app. This is something I didn’t know before, but I think it’s cool. They have a lot that you can add to the book. Also, how do you edit the text because some texts should be edited when writing a book.
Something you can do with this app. You can choose the language of the app as well. Whatever your language, I’m sure you can find it on the list of the languages on this app. I don’t think other apps can change their language.

Well, I’m going to start with the first thing you will see when you open the pages for the first time. And as you can see, you can do a lot with this app. If you are an Apple user, I would recommend you try this if you want to write documents.
This is something I didn’t know before until recently. It’s an awesome way and I will use this way for writing documents. And as you can see in the picture above, there are templates for the documents and we will see them in a bit.
Also, something about this app is that it’s free. You can use all the features and you don’t have to pay anything. You can see what things you can do with this app. And add as many pages as you want without any problems.
After that, you can see the picture above. It shows where you will have access to all the documents. I want to show it from the beginning. And show you guys how to create documents on this app. We will see what things you can do with this great way how to write documents on the iPhone.

There are not that many pages on this app. But the more you use it, the more you will have. Well, not pages, but more like documents. You can find them on the recent page as it is shown in the picture above.
Create a document
When you want to write a document. You can find a plus sign at the top. And when you tap it, you will get two options. One chooses a template or starts writing right away. I will show you the templates if you find them interesting. Then, you can check the other option.
Here are some templates and what you can do with this app. As you can see, a lot of things you can create. I can’t go through all of these options. But if you want to check it out. And remember, this is only for Apple users. Well, I don’t think it’s possible to find it, but you can check to search for your device app store.
As you can see, you can write books using this app. No limit to pages and how much you can write. And everything is free. This is something you can use and you don’t have to limit how many books to write using this app.
So many options you can write using the templates. It’s impossible to show all the options. Also, you can do these things following the option writing. If you remember the two options I talked about it earlier. I will show you some things you can do with this app.
Once you choose a template, you will get things ready and you can change photos and texts. This way, it makes it easy for you. And help you to write faster whatever you want to write. Any document you want to write.
You can scroll down to see more options. Documents that you can use to write on this app. I just scrolled a bit to see some of them. Each type has many options to choose from as well. So, you will spend time checking this app haha.
Features and tools on this app
I think all of these tools are easy to understand by just looking at the pictures. So, it’s not so important to write about them. But these things you can use them to write for a lot of things. A letter, resume, and many documents you want to write. And also for reports if you want to write that as well.

It’s going to take a long time to show every tool. But if you are interested, you can try to use them and see if it fits your needs. And I’m going to use it for myself because I just found out about this app recently. This is why it’s a great way how to write documents on the iPhone.
Well, I usually show you can do things on this app. But, since it has a lot of options and things. So, I will keep that for you. If you like this way and find it’s good for you. Because that would only be writing and we all know about that.
There is another thing, you can see the shapes you can add. There are more options. Such as adding animals and other things to your documents. Depending on what you want to write. Sometimes we skip that because, for me, I didn’t notice it until later haha.
Extra tip:
You will need to pay attention to your phone memory size. Because this will take a lot if you write so many documents. If you want to maintain it use the phone for other things. It’s something I forget about and I want to put lights on it just in case you forget too haha. It would be a struggle if this takes a lot of memory size.
This is important if you write books. And a lot of documents over the years. Don’t struggle with memory size because of this. Well, if you are consistently maintaining that. I don’t think this will be an issue for you.

When I still had an iPhone I used the app that came with the phone, I think it was called “notes” but it isn’t as cool as this one. This one has more features and it’s looks even better. Love it.

I have never been one to use apps to make notes for myself. I normally just text myself the information. It seems smart at the time but sucks when I have to look for information in the future. So I might have to try this app.

I have never tried using pages on my iPhone but I did use it on my MacBook Pro. It can be handy if you use your phone a lot for writing or if you travel a lot in your day, where you can just use your phone. Thank you for sharing how to get pages on your phone.

I use Pages regularly but mostly on my laptop. It’s ok to use on iPhone but just to draft, imo.
