I can’t believe we are already in July of this year. And I have said this a lot of times during the past two days, which is true. Time flies so quickly that we can’t notice anything. And just looking at what we’ve accomplished compared to what we should’ve is nothing. Anyway, I will talk about how to avoid these things that will lower your fitness.
Honestly, I always thought that I’m working hard but once you see the results. You know that something was wrong with the way you do things. I know it would take time to step forward sometimes. But you always be in progress. Once you don’t find out that you are, then it’s time to change plans. Just something I wanted to say before starting this post.
I thought about writing another part of the things I wrote before in my blog. And how it could be helpful to create more content. Well, today I decided to do another fitness post. Well, I wrote not too long ago about keeping our fitness on a good level. And while working online, sitting on a chair at home.
However, today I’m going to mention some of the stuff that might be bad for it. And will lower it from my experience and what I learned as a blogger and writer.
How I keep my fitness on a good level when sitting at the desk for a long time every day
How to avoid these things that will lower your fitness
When I say fitness. We all know that it’s the condition of being physically fit and healthy. And the goal here is to stay fit. Even when working from home or working on a job. However, because I’m a blogger. I thought to share this to help bloggers. Who thinks they are not fit and how it can help to be fit.
It’s not about how to be fit. Because that’s another story and I would need a full post to talk about being fit and can help. However, I want to mention negative things that can lower your fitness. And how to avoid these things that will lower your fitness.
This may be also for people doing other online stuff. Like streaming because we spend a lot of time doing work while sitting on a chair. And that’s common for any content creators or bloggers.
People who work online a lot tend to go to the gym or run in the early morning. Because it’s a way to keep our fitness on a good level, which I recommend. However, I mentioned in my previous post how to do it while being at home. Sometimes we don’t find time to do so many things in our day. Also, sometimes things take more time than expected.
Which most likely will happen and we can’t do anything but keep working on it until it’s finished. That’s why it’s possible to manage to keep your fitness and improve it from home. Avoiding these things and any negative thing that harm your fitness as well.
Also, there always will be part of my posts entertaining. Well, it means don’t take things seriously… We are here to learn and enjoy some time. So grab your coffee or tea and enjoy reading, and let’s get started. Here is how to avoid these things that will lower your fitness.
lack of daily exercising
So, the first on How to avoid these things that will lower your fitness. It is the lack of daily exercise. If you are not consistent with working on yourself. You will struggle to keep your fitness and it will only get worse and worse. You should at least do a few exercises each day if doing a full workout is not possible for you.
Don’t let excuses win. I’m sure you would convince yourself that doing at home wouldn’t do anything lol and that’s not true. This is only one excuse, by the way. There will be other excuses that will stop you if you believe them.
Well, I’m sure we would find ourselves in common with the first one. Which is working after mealtime that you ate a lot. Going to work and sitting on a chair after eating a lot of food. This is something that will not be good for your fitness.
Because that would require so much time to burn. And not to mention having a full stomach will lower the movement of your body. It will make you barely move lol. I’m sure everyone has gone through this before. And knows how it feels to not be able to walk after having a big meal haha.
This could be a reason for a person to get fat. Getting so many fats and other stuff while burning little to nothing every day. It will only result in keeping a lot of it in our body. Doing it for more than one time will make us fat and have a billy lol.
FYI
Someone is not me was eating so many snacks. Thinking that it was fun and was just trying not to feel hungry. But ended up getting having billy haha then had to stop it and focus on getting rid of it lol. Either way is not healthy for most of us or our fitness.
The best thing I found to help me not to feel hungry is having a food diet routine. It will be good and help you to eat only healthy food.
How to motivate yourself to do exercises?
I would say you need to set a good reason why. And remind yourself of the great results that would come from doing it. At least this is how I motivate and keep myself motivated. For that, you need to make the results very important to you.
It will help to develop a determination to work out at home if you set a good reason why. Get yourself ready mentally for a change and be fit. It’s good if you want to know how to avoid these things that will lower your fitness. As you try to avoid these things, it can boost your fitness by doing exercises.
The lack of sleeping
The lack of sleeping is another reason why your fitness would get low. And we need to know how to avoid these things that will lower our fitness. Well, if your body is not functioning well, you will want to sit all day. And just want to lay down, which is not good.
Feeling lazy is going to be a problem for the person who doesn’t get enough sleep. Sleeping in the morning is not as good as in the night too(another tip haha). So, you need a good schedule that will make you get enough sleep.
Sometimes feeling not doing anything could be from not having enough sleep. And that will cause you to skip most of the things. You need to do each day if you don’t get rest at night. Also, someone is not me who always gets an excuse of feeling tired to do the workout. And most of the days, Haha, or even doing other things.
Talking about excuses, sometimes we tend to use other things to stop us from doing our exercises. Which then leads us to have our fitness going down and down every day. Things lower your fitness can in ways that we don’t notice. And one way to know you need to sleep well. And I think I mentioned in my previous posts taking the easy thing to do. Is going for something that doesn’t require more energy, but it’s more important.
This could happen and choose to do work on the laptop (or anything with less energy spent). Spend a little time to exercise or go for a walk even after a big meal. Thinking that was the better idea or more important haha. I mean, it might be, but looking after yourself is not going to last for a long time. That will get you away from doing anything you want to work on.
Extra tip:
Well, this is good because when we eat and just go to work as a blogger. It will increase the fat. That could be a reason your fitness goes down. So, you should set a schedule to exercises and get that blood running.
Also, when eating sugar and other things. You need to move to burn them. Otherwise, it will pile up and turn into fat and that’s how you get fat. When that happens, we all know that our fitness will change as well.
Lack of drinking water
Our body needs a lot of water every day. It doesn’t just help us with thirst, but it has more benefits for our bodies. And for that, we need to drink a lot of water every day. I’m sure we are guilty of not doing so because I do it as well haha.
It feels fresh when we drink a lot of water after a while of not drinking. Sometimes I can’t even focus on my work because of that. Therefore, it’s important to drink water and know how to avoid these things that will lower your fitness.
A lot of athletes drink tons of water every day. You can check here for more reasons why you need to drink water. And one of the reasons why it helps you to stay fit. That is because water helps with calorie control in our bodies.
So, lacking water is one of the things we need to know. And focus on how to avoid these things that will lower your fitness.
The best way to calculate how much water you drink every day is by using cups. It will help you to know how much you drink and how much you still need. And it’s the way I use it these days as well. Drink the required amount of water.
It’s not just How to avoid these things that will lower your fitness. But also, how you can use and follow these to help you get fit.
Lack of good food diet
You need to have a good food diet. Because it will help you get other important things for your body. Not just for fitness, but also health. It will help us to stay healthy if we know how to avoid these things that will lower our fitness.
I was wrong not to set a food diet that include what to eat and when to eat. You don’t want to be hungry and eat snacks that have sugar. That is not going to be healthy for your body. And it will help to lower your fitness.
It’s very important to have a food diet and understand more about what we get inside our bodies. This way, we know what works for us and what is not healthy. Eating whatever does not work for all of us. And it leads to eating more and feeling lazy.
Maybe don’t eat enough and feel hungry and can’t do anything. There comes from these things if we don’t do it. And we need to know how to avoid these things that will lower our fitness.
For that, I highly recommend putting together a food diet and organizing your daily meals. Having 3 meals and in time that you don’t have to wait until you feel hungry. Make sure to add as many good things and benefits as possible.
And after that, you need to stick to it and never ruin it. Maybe change it after a while if you want to add something or remove something. However, no matter what, don’t ruin it and keep the consistency going all the time.
You can write the food diet on a paper or app. Because it will help you to adjust your diet easily. And remember things easily. Check this to know which one is best to write things like this. It helps you to decide what to use for writing your diet.

I have a desk job, and I set an hourly reminder to get up and move. We recently moved into a new office building that includes a state-of-the-art gym, so that helps make working out before or after work easier.
I love working out in the summer. In the winter I hibernate lol

I do a lot of housework so I am thinking that would count as exercise. However, my doctor says exercise means something you do other than your routine physical tasks. I do some hula hoop in the morning and it does help keep me fit. Oh, and I make sure I also drink lots of water.
