Here we go with another post of this week. This is my new intro for my posts haha. Today I have a new topic or new idea for posts that will be posted in the future more often from now on. Talking about my goals for the 2021 year.
Before explaining more about this. Let me tell you that I wanted to do this for the longest, and I finally did it. It’s not that big, but more like a new thing to post about.
At first, I didn’t know how to do it or when the right time. Now that everything is organized, I feel like I can do it and more new topics.
It’s something new to the blog and me as well haha. This is the first time ever doing it, and I hope you guys enjoy it. Please let me know what you think in the end. Also, join the conversation and share your goals for 2021.
Also, make sure to subscribe to the blog because I’m going to do more of these and new awesome content as well.
I am on a mission to get new topics and mix them to make fun and entertaining. I feel like doing only projects gets a bit boring, you know.
Also, later when I create a channel on Youtube to post my projects, this would make more sense haha. However, for now, I’m going to start doing it using blog posts.
So the idea of this post is simple and I’m not sure if there anyone has done it using blogs. For me, I have never seen anyone did this before on a blog post.
Talking about my goals for the 2021 year
As you all know that I am a DIY blogger, and I can post about a variety of DIY projects. However, I want to branch out of the zone but still related to the same niche haha.
This is where I started thinking about ideas and how to make this possible. So I started doing how to and tips related to DIY which is fun because I get to help others.
However, I got this crazy idea and thought would be perfect, and it still around the circle haha. Which is talking while making the DIY projects. It’s a chilling post to talk about other stuff. Share the steps while talking about something else in general.
It can be moments during the process of making DIY projects or anything in general. Also, I show you the steps of a DIY project while discussing a topic.
This is going to be fun to post more of it. Because there will be a lot of things to talk about and just chat with each other, you know.
For today’s post, I would like to talk about my goals for the 2021 year. And the project is going to be a surprise on the next post which will be a desk decoration for the new year.
I want to share with you guys what I’m looking to do this year and my goals. Hopefully, it will inspire you to make your own goals and do things differently this year.
I’m not going into more details about the project. However, I’m going to show some steps of it. For the next post, I’m going to show the finished look and the rest of the process.
1- Content with consistency
As you can see the picture above. This is half way of the project to be finished. I just thought would be cool to show it at first since it has the 2021 haha.
Anyway, starting with something very important to me as a blogger. My goal is to have more content than the last year. And work on being consistent with my posts.
Since it’s going to a decoration. This will be a long base for things will be revealed in the next post. As you can see in the picture above.
So being consistent with posts is something I struggled with in 2020 and my goal is not to struggle again haha. This is why is very important to me.
Also, compared to 2020, at the beginning of the year, I had more content. But, in the last couple of months. Everything dropped. So my goal this year is to have more content for the entire year.
Since the decoration will be about 2021. I made the numbers for it out of cardboard. As you can see in the picture above. Drawing the numbers. It’s not the best drawing but the finished look is the matter, you know haha.
One of the goals that I will focus on to achieve this year is to build my workshop. I want a better place to get serious about doing DIY projects.
I have said this in my previous posts but this year, I’m going to put a lot of effort to get it. It means a lot to me and it will help me to have a better environment for my work.

Cutting the numbers could get messy sometimes but in the end. I’m going to add another layer to it. So it doesn’t matter how it looks now. As long as it’s not ripped haha.
However, the picture above shows the after the cut. And this process will be for all 2021 numbers.
3-Meet my best friend for the first time
The numbers will be on two sides which are front and back. So I cut two of each number. As you can see in the picture above. The two sides will be glued when adding the layer.
The last goal of this post is something I have been really wanting to achieve for so long. But I still yet to achieve due to failing and still learning. It’s something very important for me.

We meet like a decade, but we are too far from each other. And we haven’t yet met in person. This year, I’m going to make it a priority and an important goal for me to achieve. So I will do everything possible.
I also have made several projects for my best friend and shared with you guys on this blog.
I already finished the rest of the numbers and made two pieces of each number. The finished look will be published in the next post. Stay tuned!!
There are other goals that I want to achieve, but these are like the most important goals out of many things haha. Anyways, what are your goals for 2021? I would like to know. Hit me up in the comments.
Conclusion of talking about my goals for the 2021 year
Wrapping the post on a positive note. Remember that the past doesn’t define us. And if the last year wasn’t as good as we wanted. We still can make tomorrow a better one.
Make this year a thriving year for whatever you didn’t achieve in the last year. And work hard on going forward toward your goals.
